Clan Blood Spirit Capital,02 July 3069

   SaKhan DarkeStryfe Heller opened LoreMaster Archmore's Blood watch report and settled back to read.

In spring of 3069 Clan's Blood Spirit and Jade Falcon entered into a series of trials to determine leadership of each Clan. led By IliKhan Juggernaunt Ward and watched over by the Grand Council . The Trials followed the law's laid down by the Clan's founding father Nicholas Kerensky. DJ, DK,Arch and Hunter Lewis formed the new Blood Spirit Keshik. Anjinn and Bloodlust formed the new Jade Falcon's. The new Falcon leaders were thrust into a War with the lyran Alliance they did not start. They were barely able to take control of the Falcon Touman before the Lyrans struck with a new round of attacks. The new Blood Spirits had a more relaxed tempo but nonetheless were fully active and ready for combat before the Falcon's. Setting the tone for all future relations between the two Clans. Political active right from the start DJ and DK moved quickly to secure the Blood Spirit's as major players in the Clans forming a strong alliance with the Goliath Scorpions and opening talks with the Clan invasion Alliance. They were joined in the Clan Lime light by Galaxy Commander Hunter Lewis as he moved the Spirits Alpha Galaxy to attack the new Coyote's world of ColchesterII. During a recon of the Planet nine enemy assault mechs were destroyed to a loss of one Cougar. Suing for peace the Coyote's traded the factory world Of Hassault for Blood Spirit to with draw from ColchesterII.

  The Blood Spirit victory over the Coyote's and the political maneuverings prompted the Grand Council to call a general meeting of the Khan's. Several of the HL area Warden Clans had been under assault by Crusader Clans and were steadily loosing worlds. Soon after the Merger Trials were completed Khan Mattlov declared Clan Blood Spirit as a Warden Clan shifting their former allegiance from Crusader. Bringing considerable power and experience to the beleaguered Wardens camp the Spirit's aided their Warden brothers providing men and materials to stem the crusader tide. They were able to push the Crusaders back and halt their attacks. In the following Grand Council meetings a cease fire was hammered out and the Wardens gained equal status. It was during combat drops with Clan Ice Hellion that Blood Spirit Khan DJ Mattlov discovered evidence that the Hellion's were planning to betray the Clan's and move wholesale into the Inner Sphere. It was also at this time Clans Blood Spirit and Clans Snow Raven entered into a series of Trials of Possession for several worlds. In a brilliant campaign saKhan DK Thastus led the Beta Galaxy in Trials on three Raven worlds, taking two systems and several binarys worth of excellent Warriors as Isorla. Including The Snow Raven Khan Striker, who had defiantly defended his honor against five to one odds. In later Grand Council meetings Clan Blood Spirit brought evidence to the Clans that the Ice Hellions were planning to leave the Clans and join the inner Sphere. A Trial of Annihilation is awarded to the Spirit's. Galaxy Commander Hunter Lewis moved the now redeployed Alpha Galaxy and the Delta Galaxy to attack Hellion worlds. Before the wrath of the Clans fell upon the Hellions their leaders fled to the Inner Sphere taking most of the warships and jumpships belonging to the Hellions. The remaining Hellion Clan was taken under trust by the Grand Council until time a new Ice Hellion leadership is ready. 

  Shortly after the new Keshik took control of Clan Blood Spirit there was combat with advanced Lyran units on the Southern Exodus Road. In retaliation for the Lyran and their allies attacks Khan Mattlov led several attacks on Lyran worlds. These attacks were ill planned and disastrous many fine warriors did not return from the raids. A secret accord was reached with the Lyrans, who were acting on behalf of the Northern Alliance. Since Blood Spirit is Warden Lyran Archon Traxxes agreed to not attack them and the other NA members if they agree. In an unexplained fit of Rage Ghost Bear Kilbourne Jorgenson attacked the Scorpion Capital of Munster and withdrew his Clan from the CIA(Clan Invasion Alliance). A few days later all CIA members withdraw and the alliance collapses. Galaxy Commander Lewis and the Alpha Galaxy were dispatched to ToP the Ghost Bear world of Hamberg in support of Spirit allies.

     That brought the extensive report to the current state of affairs. The Goliath Scorpions were winning back their Capital and would soon be taking the War to the Bears worlds. Galaxy Commander Hunter Lewis had been killed in fighting on the Former Ghost Bear world of Hamberg. Galaxy Commander DarkStryfe rallied Blood Spirit troops and won the world in a brilliant campaign. Winning DarkStryfe the right to challenge former SaKhan DK Thastus for his rank. DarkStryfe skipped over the reading of that part as he had lived it and knew it intimately. He thought it had been a waste for DK to die be it was also the Clan way not to back down or give in and Thastus had thought he was right. SaKhan DarkStryfe Heller continued to read: Clans Wolf and Jade Falcon were openly hostile, the Wolves going so far as to plan several attacks on Spirit worlds and letting the plans be known. The Hell's Horses were making peace gestures and the Ice Hellions had a new leadership. Setting the thick manuscript down DarkStryfe rubbed his tired eyes. Looking up at the wall chromo he almost laughed out loud, three hours!!  He had been reading for three hours, no wonder he was tired. Suddenly aware of a loud rumbling in his stomach Heller realized he was very hungry and looking back at the chromo he was also very late. Moving his well tanned muscled frame with smooth grace and power DarkStryfe stood up and laid the book words down on his new desk. The Blood Spirit’s saKhan moved towards the doorway intent on getting to the officers mess where a huge victory dinner to celebrate his new rank and position and the Hamberg PA win awaited. Khan DJ and all of Dark's friends would already be there helping themselves to Dark's special spirits. This Knowledge hurried the Clan warrior as he stopped to grab a special bottle of Scotch.
